Boys' and Girls' Clown Costume: Costume consists of a full suit with elasticised sleeves and legs, forming self-ruffles, pierrot collar (single or double, shorter or longer, your choice!), back neckline zipper, edges trimmed with bias tape, and optional ball fringe. Suit can be accented with square patches and pom poms. Conical hat has pom pom trim. Make suit and hat with sides matching or contrasting.
